Once you have chosen that perfect property, next step is to reserve it. An English version of the reservation contract will be sent to you, consisting of all the specific information (rental period, monthly rent, deposit, electricity, water) and main conditions. The property will be reserved for you once you send us a signed contract on all pages and a bank receipt, confirming the transfer of the reservation fee (all details will be mentioned in the reservation contract).
